国产鳗鱼降钙素治疗老年T_2DM合并骨质疏松痛的观察 被引量:1

摘要 选择伴有不同程度胸腰背部骨关节疼痛、年龄大于60岁的T2DM患者30例,均经双能X线骨密度仪测定其L2-4或股骨颈骨密度,其T-Score在-2.5以上,依降钙素10U肌肉注射,每周2次,疗程4周。结果:依降钙素治疗后所有患者骨痛症状均有不同程度的好转。结论:用国产依降钙素可有效的缓解骨质疏松骨痛症状,且安全、价格相对便宜。
