摘要
如何对创新经济下的R&D人员进行有效激励是各国心理学家、经济学家以及创新理论专家关注的焦点之一。其中以心理学研究为基础的R&D人员职业取向和制度经济学为基础的制度激励是两个重要方面。对二者及其相关联系进行了述评,认为基于“委托——代理”理论的激励制度设计将成为R&D人员激励理论进一步发展的重要方向。
How to motivate the R&D talents efficiently under innovation-based economy is the focus of psychologists, economists and some innovation theorists, and the research of career orientation based on psychology and the research of institutional incentive based on institutional economy have been the two important aspects. This paper in detail and profoundly reviews both of them and their relationship, and indicates research directions for further development on "principal-agency" theory.
