摘要
本文观察了小鼠S_(180)移植瘤在正负电极和多电极的多次电疗后的变化。结果表明,正电极和负电极均可造成肿瘤组织液化坏死及凝固性坏死,尤以多电极的局部应用效果最佳。多次电疗可使肿瘤坏死脱落。本文讨论了电解杀死肿瘤细胞的可能机制。
In order to investigate the possiblity of treating malignant tumors with dir-rect current,the changes of murine Sl80 type sarcoma was observed under different electrodes and through different duration of treatment. The results showed that in tumor tissue liquefacient and coagulative necrosis occured around either negative or positive electrode. Tumor necrosis was more obvious with polvelectrode through treatment for three times. The possible mechanism of electrolytic destruction of tumor cells was discussed briefly.
