引导组织再生术中米诺环素作为根面处理剂的临床研究

摘要 目的观察引导组织再生术(GTR)中米诺环素既作为根面处理剂又作为抗菌素局部用药的临床疗效。方法选取Ⅱ°~Ⅲ°根分叉病变患牙20个,随机分为两组,实验组10例为GTR+根面处理+植骨,缝合后沿着龈沟注满米诺环素,每周使用米诺环素1次,连用4次;对照组10例为GTR+植骨,观察术后3、6、12个月的各项临床指标。结果术后3、6、12个月两组牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、根分又区水平探诊深度(HPD)、附着丧失(AL)自身与基线比均有极显著性差异(P〈O.01),6个月两组PD、HPD、AL均达到最小值,12个月略为升高。两组对比,仅术后3个月AL、PD有显著性差异(P〈0.05),其余均无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论Bio—Gide膜结合Bio—OSS植骨能有效地促进牙周组织再生,米诺环素既作为根面处理剂又作为抗菌素局部用药,在近期内对牙周组织再生有一定促进作用。
