摘要
用纳米硬度仪研究了不同载荷条件下乌梢蛇腹部表皮的弹性模量、压入硬度等纳米力学性能.结果表明:在法向载荷小于10mN的范围内,腹部表皮的弹性模量和压入硬度均随载荷的增加而减小,弹性模量的数值范围在300~830MPa,且为载荷的幂函数;压入硬度的数值范围在37~62MPa,与载荷成线性关系.腹部表皮的接触刚度随载荷的增加而增加,其数值范围在3.5×103N/m^5.7×103N/m,为载荷的幂函数.研究结果对深入研究蛇类腹部表皮的摩擦特性及蛇皮的仿生制造提供了基础资料.
The nanomechanical properties of the Zaocys dhumnade's ventral epidermis such as elastic modulus and indentation hardness etc. were researched with nano-indentor under different load condition. The results show that the elastic modulus and indentation hardness of the ventral epidermis decrease with the increase of the load, in the limits of 10 mN normal load. The elastic modulus is between 300-830 MPa, which is power function with the load. And the indentation hardness is between 37-62 MPa, which is linear with the load. The contact stiffness of the ventral epidermis increases with the increase of the load, which is between 3.5 × 103 N/m-5. 7 × 103 N/m, power function with load. The results of this paper provide the basic data for the research on the friction properties of the snake's ventral epidermis and references for the bionic manufacture of the snake epidermis.
