As a kind comprehensive quality of management theory management in adult and method from enterprise world, the application of higher education in general higher education institution include the following elements： depending and exerting the role of high-level leaders and strategic plan; taking the demand of clients as the focus of attention; systematically recognizing and managing various kinds of works and activities;taking the enhancement of working performance as the perpetual objectives, etc.
