摘要
怎样科学正确的评价企业生产能力,一直是企业生产管理者研究探讨的主要问题之一。笔者根据影响企业生产因素多元性及其不确定性和模糊性的特点,通过模糊理论的学习,结合多年的外资企业工作经验,首先构建了企业生产能力模糊综合评价模型,并通过评价实验研究对参数进行了优化,在实际应用中获得了满意的效果。为企业生产能力评价进行了一些有意义的探索。
That how to evaluate the productive capacity correctly, is always one of the important issues discussed or studied by managers of enterprises, As the incertitude and fuzziness of factors influencing the evaluation, combining with the experience of working in foreign capital company several years, the paper puts forward fuzzy synthetic evaluation based on fuzzy theory and has a test on one enterprise with a satisfying result. It provides some investigation for enterprise to evaluate the capacity of production.
