摘要
为比较切开复位与关节镜监视下闭合复位张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。从1998年1月-2004年6月，对40例行切开复位与18例关节镜监视下闭合复位张力带内固定的髌骨骨折进行回顾性临床疗效评价和统计学分析。结果表明：关节镜下复位组优良率显著高于切开复位组。因此，关节镜监视下闭合复位张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折是一种值得提倡的手术方法。
To compare the treatment effect between open reduction and close reduction under the arthroscopy using tensive band wire in the treatment of patella fracture. Methods From January 1998 to april 2004 , the clinical treatment effect of 40 patients of patella fracture who were treated with open reduction and 18 patients who were treated with close reduction under the arthroscopy using tensive band wire were retrospective observed and statisical analyzed. Results The excellent and good rate of close reduction under the arthroscopy was larger than which of open reduction. Conclution The treatment of fracture of the patella with close reduction under the arthroscop was worth to be advocated.
