摘要
介绍了可编程序控制器在飞锯机上的应用，研制了工业可编程序控制器控制的飞锯机。该机与传统继电器控制系统比较，完善了系统功能，简化了系统的硬件接线，降低了故障率。
The control principle of the fly saw by programmable controller is introduced. The programmable controller that controls fly saw has been developed with improved system function, simplified hardware connection, reduced error ratio by comparing with traditional relay control system,and the precision in the determination of the length of welding pipes is greatly improved.
