摘要
目的评价铸造金合金基底、铸造钛合金基底、铸造镍铬合金基底烤瓷修复体的临床性能。方法将75例患者分为3组,分别戴入铸造金合金基底、铸造钛合金基底、铸造镍铬合金基底烤瓷修复体,观察戴入1个月后及戴入3 a后烤瓷修复体的颜色、冠边缘适合性、颈缘染色、菌斑指数、牙龈指数、探诊出血及修复体瓷损坏等情况。结果金合金基底烤瓷修复体的颜色、冠边缘适合性及颈缘染色优于钛合金、镍铬合金基底烤瓷修复体(P均<0.01),三者在菌斑指数、牙龈指数、探诊出血及修复体瓷损坏方面无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论铸造金合金基底烤瓷修复体在颜色、龈缘修复方面表现良好,是一种理想的修复材料,钛合金基底烤瓷修复体能基本满足临床要求。
Objective It is to evaluate the clinical function of Ceramic dental prosthetic restorations with casting gold alloy, casting Ti alloy and casting Ni - Cr alloy metal bases. Methods 75 patients were randomly divided into three groups and were respectively worn Ceramic dental prosthetic restorations with casting gold alloy, casting Ti alloy and casting Ni - Cr alloy metal bases. The color of Ceramic dental prosthetic restoration, fitness of dental crown marginal, cervical margin staining, plaque index, gingival index, bleeding in probing and porcelain deterioration of dental prosthetic restoration were observed after worn one month and three years. Results The color, fitness of dental crown marginal and cervical margin staining of Ceramic dental prosthetic restoration with gold alloy metal base was better than those of Ceramic dental prosthetic restoration with Ti alloy and the Ni- Cr alloy metal bases （P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference on plaque index, gingival index and bleeding in probing among the three groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ceramic dental prosthetic restoration with gold alloy metal base shows good on color and gingival margin. Ceramic dental prosthetic restoration with Ti alloy metal base can be used for clinical application essentially.
