摘要
近年来,随着南通市农村人口老龄化现象日益严重,农民养老问题也日益突出。文章分析了农村养老保障的性质,对南通市农村养老保障的现状及其存在的问题做了相关的分析,进而在明确相应原则的基础上,提出了建立和完善南通市农村养老保障制度的对策与建议。
For that the rural population becomes more and more aged in Nantong, the social security of the aged is more serious than before. Based on analyzing what is social security in rural area, this paper investigates and analyses the current situation and the existing problem. Then it puts forward the principles, suggestion and countermeasures.
