摘要
在金属冶炼过程中,废液中金属元素的含量的多少是指导生产的重要依据,本设计是以流动注射分光光度法为基础的测量系统。本系统以单片机为核心实现的数据采集系统,该系统实现了测量的智能化,自动化,使整个测量以及分析的周期大大的缩短,并将测量范围扩大到0.05g/L-0.15g/L,系统稳定性强,成本低,可以满足相似的工业现场的需求,具有较高的推广价值。
In the course of the metal smelting,the metal element content in the waste liquid is the important reliance to direct production.This design is the measure system based on flow injection mark light luminosity,The system realizes the data collection with the core of MCU.The system implement intellective and automatic measure and shorten the measure and analysis period greatly.The measure range is enlarged to 0.05g/L-0. 15g/L.The system has more expand value with high stability,low cost and satisfaction to resemble industry location requirment.
