摘要
据调查研究表明,新课程标准实施过程中受以下因素的影响。(1)教师的教学观念。教师观念的现代化及敬业精神是落实新课程标准的前提。目前还存在体育教师意识与能力欠缺问题。(2)教学方法。由于观念没有转变和理论上的问题没有解决,缺乏现代教学理念,因此教师在教学中运用的仍然是传统、落后的教学方法和方式。(3)课程评价体系。新大纲的考核方法的指导思想是作了重大改革,但具体考核标准的制订、具体任何操作,给一线的教师提出了更高的要求。给教师教学和工作情况进行客观评价造成许多的困难。(4)师资队伍。体育教师队伍的素质水平,直接影响着学校体育工作的质量、水平和全面实施素质教育。(5)器材、设施的合理布置使教学环境优化。出于教学条件限制,教师教学手段的简化,使培养学生个性与创造性成为虚设,影响了课程目标的实现。最后,本文针对新课程标准实施现状提出相应的对策。
According to the investigations, New Course Standard is influenced by the following factors in the try - out stage. 1. Teaching concept. The modernization of teachers＇ idea and teachers＇ devotion to their career are the premise for the performanee of New Course Standard. Now, there are some problems with some teachers as to their concept and competence. 2. Teaching method. Sticking to the old ideas and lacking new theories, some teachers still use the old obsolete teaching methods and styles. 3. Course evaluating system. There is actually some important reformation in the guiding principle of the evaluating methods for the new course. But how to carry it out in detail proposes higher requirement to teachers. This creates a lot of obstacles for the objective evaluation of teacher＇s work. 4. Teaching staff. Teachers＇ abilities have a direct influence on the teaching quality and fulfillment of teaching purpose. 5. Well - arranged equipment optimizes teaching environment. Because of the limitation of teaching conditions and the simplicity of teaching methods, it is impossible to develop the students＇ personality and creativity and this will affect the realization of the course objectives. Finally, this paper gives some relevant advice in the light of New Course Standard.
