摘要
可以运用集群理论的分析工具,分析集群区域MNE的技术外溢现象。集群区域MNE技术外溢能够通过竞争激励效应、产业关联效应、网络扩散效应等途径得以实现;同时,它也受到集群类型、集群所处阶段、MNE子公司独立性等多种因素的影响。要更好地利用MNE的技术外溢效应,应从加大教育投入、提升集群企业研发能力等多个方面努力。
Technology spillover of MNE is analysed in cluster areas. Technology spillover of MNE can be realized by competition and inspiration, relationship of industries, diffusion of internet and so on. At the same time, it is influenced by type and phase of cluster, the independence of subsidiary of MNE. In order to use technology spillover of MNE better, education, research and innovation competence must be regarded.
