大鼠颈动脉体在肠型放射病中的变化

摘要 本实验应用组织化学技术、常规电镜病理组织学技术、形态计量法、显微分光光度计及对外周血生化测定等方法,对大鼠颈动脉体及其在肠型放射病中的变化进行了研究。实验结果表明颈动脉体由Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型细胞、神经纤维及末梢组成。在肠型放射病中颈动脉体产生明显的结构破坏伴随着细胞内单胺递质含量进行性下降。颈动脉体Ⅰ型细胞中致密核芯囊泡(DCV)总数无显著变化,但B型及C型DCV显著增加,DCV出现沿细胞膜内侧排列的“边聚现象”;提示颈动脉体在大剂量射线刺激下发生应激性释放,外周血DA及NE于72h组出现增高,但增高值与正常对照组无显著性差异。本实验结果表明,作为APUD系统的组成成份,颈动脉体无疑参与了肠型放射病的病理变化过程,但其作用机制还有待进一步实验证明。 By using histochemical method, electron microscopy, microspectrophotometry and biochemical measurement of dopamine(DA)and norepinephrinein peripheral blood of the carotid body(CB)and its changes exposing to AIRS are studied.The results show that the CB is composed of type land type II (Tl,T2) cells, nerve fibres and terminals. The structure of CB reveals serious injury and intracellular content of monoamine reduces progressively in AIRS. No significant variation is found on the total number of dense core vessels (DCV) of the T1 cells while the ratio of B and C type DCV increase. The DCV lines the intracellular membrane forming a 'border accumulation' phenomenon. All these evidences indicate that the CB has a release under the stress of AIRS dose irradiation. The content of DA and NE rise at the 72 h group showing no variation from the control. This study provides evidences of CB as a member of APUD system to involve in the pathological processes of AIRS though the exact effect and mechanism need further investigation.
