摘要
在基于主元分析的传感器故障检测方法中,Hawk insT2H指标对部分传感器故障的检测优于常用的SPE指标。但目前对T2H指标的研究并不充分,尚需要对T2H指标进行故障重构能力的分析。利用几何投影的概念,研究了T2H指标的传感器故障重构问题,并得出了该指标的故障可重构条件。应用数据仿真实验验证了T2H指标的传感器故障重构计算方法的有效性。
In fault detection methods based on principal component analysis (PCA). Hawkins' TH^2 is more sensible to detect fault for partial sensors than square prediction error (SPE). Because the research on TH^2 is inefficiently,it is necessary to analyzeTH^2 s reconstructbility. Reconstruct formula is derived from geometric projection, and the reconstructbility is given accordingly. A simulated data model is used to verify TH^2 s reconstruction formula.
