摘要
合成一种符合环保要求的无甲醛固色剂JXH,将其应用于直接染料和活性染料的固色中,运用正交试验对最佳固色工艺进行了讨论。经测试,固色后棉织物的各项物理指标均无显著变化,且固色效果优良。
The eco-friendly formaldehyde-free fixing agent JXH is synthesized and applied to fixation of direct dyes and reactive dyes. Based on orthogonal trials, the optimum fixation process was obtained. The physical indexes of the fixed fabric have no apparent change and fixation effect is good.
