摘要
建筑物由于原设计不足或因改变使用用途等,需要对其进行改造和加固。结合实际工程,介绍了钢-混凝土组合梁在房屋室内增层改造加固中的应用。实践证明,钢-混凝土组合梁与其他梁相比,节点处理灵活,跨越能力大,从而可以减小楼盖高度、增加楼层净高,降低结构自重,另外还可以节省支模,缩短施工周期。
Because of the designing deficiencies or function change, some buildings need to be rehabilitated and strengthened. It is introduced the application of steel-concrete composite beam in rehabilitation and strengthening of a building in Beijing. The practice has showed that using steel-concrete composite beam can achieve flexible joint treatment and larger ratio of span to height than the other beams, thus reducing the height of a floor and self-weight, as well as inereasing the elear height of a flour. In addition, it ean simplify the construetion procedure and shorten the eonstruetion time.
