摘要
自并行工程的概念引入我国以来,迄今已取得了相当的进展,越来越多的企业提出了对并行工程的需求。但对并行工程方法学和关键技术尚缺乏统一认识,特别是我国企业在现有条件下如何以CIMS信息集成为基础,实现并行产品开发还没有可参考的依据。本文根据作者从事863/CIMS重大关键技术攻关项目“并行工程”研究的经验,总结了并行工程最核心的方法学和技术,提出了实施并行工程的一般途径,为我国航空、航天、汽车、机床、电子等领域的并行产品开发提供了参考模式。
Concurrent Engineering R&D got comprehensive progress since it was introduced to China. More and more enterprises expressed their urgent requirements to use Concurrent Engineering methodology and technology to shorten product development leadtime, improve product quality and reduce product cost. Unfortunately, Chinese industry and scholar havn't got a unique understanding,especially on how to implement Concurrent Engineering on the base of Chinese backward information technology. According to the authors' experience on implementing“Concurrent Engineering”project the key technology program of the National High Tech R&D plan, this paper concludes the core methodology and technology of concurrent engineering, and proposes a general implementation approach. It provides a reference model for Chinese manufacturing enterprises of aerospace, aeronautic, automobile, electronics and machine tools, etc.
