摘要
将电网设施的地理布局纳入城市控制性规划是目前电网规划建设急需解决的问题。电力部门联合城市规划部门,采取电网设施标准化、分块负荷预测、电网设施地理布局、适应性策略等方法,将城市电力网规划深化为城市电网设施地理布局规划,可以使规划电网设施的建设用地和线路走廊得到城市控制规划的有效保护。
The geographical layout of the power network apparatus to be introduced into the city controlled planning is an urgent problem to be solved for planning and construction of the power network. Cooperating with the city planning department, the power authority has taken the methods for standardization of the power network apparatus, load prediction in sections, geographical layout of network apparatus and suitability strategy to deepen the planning of the city network into the geographical layout planning of the city network apparatus. This way can lead the land occupation and line corridor of the planned city network under effective protection of the city control and planning.
