摘要
简要地分析了带电作业绝缘工具在工作前做电气绝缘检测的必要性。阐述了绝缘杆测试仪的设计依据和主要部件的工作原理,以及绝缘杆测试仪的使用功能和作用。证明了绝缘杆测试仪在现阶段是国内比较先进的测试仪器,它可方便地应用于工作现场,弥补了预防性试验和检查性试验的不足,保证了绝缘工具的安全使用。
This paper analyses the necessity of testing insulated tools before live working as well as the principle and application of apparatus used to test insulated pole. According to its internal structure, it is proved that the apparatus is a kind of advanced testing tools in domestic market. It can be used at site to certify the safe use of insulated tools as a makeup of preventing and checking experiment.
