摘要
实验发现,Na2SO3歧化反应的中间态产物[Na2SO4]能与Luminol构成化学发光体系,通过KMnO4的桥梁作用,维生素B2能使体系的发光强度减弱,其强度的下降值(△I)与维生素B2的浓度在一定的范围内呈良好的线性关系。从而建立了测定维生素B2的流动注射化学发光新方法。该方法的线性范围为3.0×10^-8~2.5×10^-6mmol/mL.相对标准偏差为2.0%.检出限6.0×10^-9mmol/mL。
A FIA - CL method for the determination of VB2 based on its effect of chemiluminescence from Na2SO3 - NaOH - Luminol system with the help of KMnO4 is described. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 3.0 ×10^-8~2.5 ×10^-6 mmol/mL with a detection limit of 6.0 ×10^-9 mmol/mL. The proposed method is reliable, accurate and very suitable for the determination of VB2 in pharmaceutical preparations.
