摘要
由于地铁工程项目具有一次性、投资大、周期长、要求高等特点,而施工过程是在复杂的自然和社会环境中进行,不可避免地受到各种各样的不确定因素的干扰,并引发工程项目的控制目标不能实现的风险。通过对北京地铁五号线崇文门-东单站区间隧道施工中风险的识别、分析和应对措施,有针对性地对地铁浅埋暗挖工程的风险管理提出了有益的建议。
Metro works has such features as one-time construction, huge investment, long construction period, high requirement and construction activities taking place under complex natural and social environment, therefore the construction of Metro works will be inevitably intervened by various uncertain factors, which can result in various risks that hinder the predetermined targets of the Metro works from being achieved. The paper identifies and analyzes on the risks involved in the construction of Chongwenmen-Dongdan running tunnel on line 5 of Beijing Metro, recommends some corresponding countermeasures for the risks and gives some useful advices for the risk management of Metro works constructed by method of undercutting under shallow overburden.
