文章介绍了有机半导体同自旋电子学相结合的新学科——有机自旋电子学.着重讨论以下三个方面问题:有机半导体特别是有机共轭聚合物特性及其载流子性质;自旋电子学研究热点;有机自旋电子学研究进展.
The integration of organic semiconductor and spintronics research into the new subject of organic spintronics is reviewed. Emphasis is placed on describing organic semiconductors, especiallyr conjugated polymer and the characteristicss of their carriers, recent hot topics of spintronics, and progress in organic spintronics.
