摘要
采用创新SWOT分析模型,从客观的角度来评估上海A信息企业的技术竞争力。同时将分析的结果与该企业未来的技术发展战略目标加以比较,以考察技术发展战略目标的合理性与实用性。最后,从渐进式改变、系统式改变和突破式改变三方面提出提升该企业技术竞争力的建议。
This paper adoptes innovative SWOT model to evaluate the technology competitive advantage of a information company in Shanghai. It then compares the evaluating result with the technology development strategic objective to review the reasonability and practicability. At last, it puts forward suggestions to improve technology competitive advantage through gradual change, systematic change and break-through change.
