摘要
目的探讨芒果皮炎发生的特点、发病机理及治疗方法,比较多种治疗方法的疗效,探索最为有效的治疗方法。方法总结分析55例芒果皮炎的临床资料。结果采用抗组胺药物、糖皮质激素、葡萄糖酸钙、维生素E、外用硼酸溶液、薄荷炉甘石洗液、尤卓尔等都有一定疗效,联合治疗疗效更佳。结论最为有效的方法是采用抗组胺药物、糖皮质激素、葡萄糖酸钙、维生素E以及外用药物等联合治疗。
Objective To discuss the character, mechanism and therapy methods of dermatitis contacted mango, compare the difference of several therapy methods, and explore the best therapy method. Methods To sum - up and analysis the clinic information of 55 sufferers of dermatitis contacted mango. Results The all therapy methods had efficiency, and united therapy methods had the best curative effect, such as anuti - histamine medicine, glucocorticoid, calcium gluconates , vitamin E , and so on. Conclusion The best is united therapy method with anti - histamine medicine, glucocorticoid, calcium gluconates, vitamin E and the externally applied agent.
