摘要
目的 建立紫玉盘总黄酮的含量测定方法并检测其不同部位总黄酮的含量。方法 以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法于500nm处测定艾纳香中总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁在0—0.076mg/ml(r=0.9995)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=2.3%(n=5),其叶、枝条、根含总黄酮分别为10.53%,5.60%,3.87%。结论 该方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为该药材中总黄酮含量检测的方法。
Objective To develop a quantitative method for the determination of total flavonoid in different sections in Uvaria microcarpa. Methods Using rutin as a reference substance, the total flavonoids in Uvaria microcarpa was determined by UV absorption at 500 nm. Results The linearity of mtin was obtained within the range of 0 to 0.076 mg/ml(r =0.999 5). The average recovery was 99.7% and RSD was 2.3%. The content of total flavonoid in Uvaria microcarpa from leaf was 10.53% ,branch was 5.60%, root was 3.87% (n =5). Conclusion The method is convenient and reliable. It can be used as a quality control method to determine total flavonoids of Uvaria microcarpa.
