摘要
宁城─平泉中生代火山沉积盆地为一内陆山间断陷盆地，形成于中侏罗世，结束于早白垩世，火山沉积地层发育。根据其盆地岩相特征，划分为侏罗世火山喷发旋回和白垩世火山喷发旋回。盆地基底断裂呈北东东和北北东方向展布，控制了盆地的形成与演化。
he Ningcheng-Pingquan Mesozoic volcanic sedimentary basin, formed in the middle Jurissic and ended in the early Cretaceous period, is a faulted intermountain basin in the intra-continent. Volcanic activities in this area eam be divided into the Jurassic eruption-sedimentary circle and the Cretaceous eruption-sdeimentary circle, accoedding to the characteristics of rock facies in the basin. The basemented fractures show NEE and NNE trending, which control the fortnation and evolution of the basin.
