摘要
目的：探讨微波手术治疗耳鼻咽喉疾病的方法及效果。方法：对１９９５年４～１０月用微波手术治疗的鼻出血、慢性鼻炎、过敏性鼻炎和鼻、咽部良性小肿物等１８５个病例随访３～１０个月，并进行了分析。结果：过敏性鼻炎疗效达９２％，其余疗效均为１００％。结论：微波手术时间短，容易掌握，病人痛苦小。
Objective:To investigate the methods and effects of the microwave surgery treatment of the ear nose and throat diseases. Methods:185 microwave operated cases(from April to October,1995)of the epistaxis,chronic and allergic rhinitis,and small benign tumors of the nose and pharynx(using20～30 watts continuous output and transience contact proceeding)were reviewed.Results:Based on 3-10 months follow up,the curative rate was 100% for epistaxis,chronic rhinitis tumors of nose and pharynx;92% for allergic rhinitis. ConclusiOn:Microwave surgery is advanced and has many advan-tages,such as time saving,easy technique control,less suffering for the patients,etc.
