摘要
目的：观察口服米非司酮合并米索前列醇终止１１～１６周妊娠的疗效及副作用。方法：米非司酮５０ｍｇ，每日２次，连用２日，第３天晨起空腹口服米索前列醇０．４ｍｇ，每４小时１次，直至胎儿排出。结果：５４例中完全流产率５３．７％，不全流产率３７．０％，有效率９０．７％，刮宫率４０．８％，失败率９．３％。平均引产时间（４４１±２７０）ｍｉｎ（３０～１２００ｍｉｎ），无一例严重并发症发生。结论：口服米非司酮及米索前列醇终止１１～１６周妊娠疗效好、副作用小、不需手术操作，值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To evaluate efficacy and adverse effects of oral mifeprestone combined with miso-prostol for terminating 11～16 weeks pragnancy,Methods:Take mifeprestone 50mg bid for two days,on the third morning,take 0.4 mg misoprostol of every 4 hours till the fetusis is aborted.Results:A- mong the 54 cases,complete abortion rate is 53.7%,incomplete abortion rate is 37.0%,the success rate is 90.7%,curettage rate is 40.8%. The mean abortion time is(441 ± 270)minutes(30 to 1 200 minutes).No serious complication happened.Conclusion:Oral mifeprestone combined with miSoprostol for terminating 11～16 weeks pragnancy has the advantages:high efficacy,few adverse effects and nooperation needed.It can be used in clinic.
