摘要
目的：观察老年大鼠的血液流变学参数。方法：取老年和成年雄性大鼠腹主动脉血，测定血流变各项指标参数。结果：可见老年雄鼠除ＲＢＣ变形能力降低和体内血栓形成时间缩短外，其余各项指标皆显著增高。结论：老年大鼠的血流变参数变化与人类血瘀证一致，再次验证了衰老时具血瘀样体质。
Objective:To observe the hemorrheological parameters of old rats.Methods:The hemorrheo-logical parameters have been tested.Results:The blood viscosities under 1-100 s(-1) shear rates,HCT,aggregation of RBC,aggregation of platelet,fibrenogen and thrombosis in vivo and in vitro of male old rats all increased significantly,while deformability of RBC is decreased notably. Conclusion:The hemorheological parameter changes of old rats accord with blood stasis syndrome in human being.
