摘要
基于循环经济模式的经济系统的本质是一个开放的复杂巨系统,对此,提出一种开放的动态投入产出智能决策系统的设计方法.该方法以建立的动态投入产出反馈控制模型为核心,分别建立系统整体和各个决策单元的非线性多目标动态优化模型,再通过多级递阶智能协调器确定满意解集,使决策结果是或者近似于全局优化,并满足开放性和稳定性的要求.最后通过案例分析,表明该方法具有实际应用价值.
An economic system based on the mode of circular economy is in essence an open complex giant system. An open dynamic input-output intelligent decision-making system is established. Using the dynamic input-output feedback control model, the nonlinear multiobjective dynamic optimization models are established respectively for the entire system and each decision-making unit. Then through a multilevel hierarchic intelligent harmony mechanism, the set of satisfactional solutions is confirmed. The ultimate decision based on the set provides or approximates the overall optimization, which makes the system have the openness and robustness. Finally, an illustrative example is given to show the effectiveness of the method.
