摘要
目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胰腺癌患者血浆中的表达与肿瘤发展之间的规律。方法采用ELISA检测30例正常人和30例胰腺癌患者血浆中VEGF含量。结果30例正常人和胰腺癌患者血浆中VEGF平均含量分别是15.7和140.8pg/m l。早期胰腺癌患者和晚期患者存在明显差异,VEGF的表达随着胰腺癌的分期,分级和淋巴转移而显著增高(P<0.01)。但正常人与早期胰腺癌患者之间无明显差异。结论胰腺癌患者尤其是晚期胰腺癌患者,其VEGF的表达增高。
Objective TO investigate the expression Of plasma level Of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in patients With pancreatic cancer,and is relation With pancreatic cancer progression. Methods The plasma Vecf level was measured by ELISA kit in 30 healthy donors and 30 patients With pancreatic cancer. Results Compared With healthy donors, the average plasma VEGF Of healthy subjects and pancreatic cancer subject was 15.7 and 140.8pg/mL（P〈0.001）. Conclusions In the patients with pancreatic cancer,especially in advanced stage,the expression of VEGF is up-regulated.Therefore,VEGF may be used to evaluate lymph nodes metastasis and the prognosis of pancreatic cancer.
