摘要
本文用放射免疫(RIA)法观察了几种生理状况下人血浆精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量。测定了30名正常人过夜禁饮后坐位时的血浆AVP值为10.6±2.5 Pg/ml。16名禁饮水负荷试验,AVP禁饮时为11.8±6Pg/ml,水负荷后降低到1.8±1.6 Pg/ml(P<0.01),同时观察到血清渗透压降低(P<0.05),AVP与渗透压呈良好的直线正相关。12名立-卧位试验:血浆AVP卧位时为2.5±2.1 Pg/ml,活动后立位时上升到9.3±5.2 Pg/ml。实验结果反映了正常人AVP分泌受到渗透压调节系统和压力感受性调节系统的调节,也说明临床进行AVP检测时需控制进水和体位等生理条件。
The changes of arginine vasopressin (AVP) levels in plasma in some physiological states in healthy men were studied by RIA. Mean plasma AVP concentration in 30 normal adults after 12 h of overnight water deprivation was 10.6±2.5 pg/ml, and decreased from 11.85±6.0 to 1.8±1.6 pg/ml 1 h after an oral water load (20 ml/kg) administered in 16 dehydrated normal subjects (P<0.01). The correlation between plasma osmolality and AVP levels was significant (P<0.01). The change of posture from supine to upright resulted in a rise of AVP from 2.5±2.1 to 9.3±5.1 pg/ml. The results reflected the osmoregulation and baroregulation of AVP secretion.
