摘要
以黄芪甲甙含量和出膏率为指标，采用正交试验设计对归芪补血冲剂的制备工艺进行优选。结果表明：加１２倍量水，煎煮２次，沸煮３．５小时为最佳制备工艺。
The preparation technology of Guqi Antanemic Granules was selected through orthogonal experiment,using the content of astragalin and the rate of extraction as an indexes.the results showed that the best preparation procedure was as follows:adding 12 times anount of water,by weights of medical madica,decocting 2 times and boiling 3.5 hours.
