Ⅱ型糖尿病早期肾损伤与超敏C-反应蛋白、尿微量蛋白的检测被引量：8

摘要目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)以及尿微量蛋白在Ⅱ型糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法选择153例门诊病人作为观察对象,另选择45例健康查体者做正常对照,采用高效免疫比浊法测定超敏Hs-CRP,同时用免疫比浊法检测尿中微量白蛋白(MALB)和尿转铁蛋白(TF)。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病组Hs-CRP、MALB、β2-MG水平较正常对照组明显升高(P均<0.01),TF较MALB更敏感(χ2=3.554,P<0.05)。结论超敏C-反应蛋白、微量白蛋白对于诊断Ⅱ型糖尿病早期肾损伤有重要的参考价值。
