摘要
由教学型大学建设成教学研究型大学,是社会政治、经济、文化形势发展和大学自身发展的需要。教学研究型大学是介于教学型大学与研究型大学之间的过渡层次,强调教学与科研并重、教学与社会服务相辅相成、研究生教育与本科生教育并举,本科教学是学校的中心工作。通过对教学研究型大学的内涵进行研究与阐述,提出了由教学型大学向教学研究型大学过渡阶段即教学研究型大学的初期阶段的一些办学思考。

Teaching and research university is the transitional stage between teaching university and research university, focusing both on the teaching and research, the teaching and social service, the graduate education and undergraduate education, This kind of university takes the undergraduate education as the key duty, This paper attempts to study and describe the content of teaching and research university, and then puts forward some reflexion on its preliminary stage.
