当前,社会现实发展和实践需求引起人们对大学办学特色的深入研究。大学办学特色的基本特征有独特性和优势性、历史性和传承性、累积性和稳定性、现实性和认可性、集中性和有限性、发展性和创新性六大特征。深入了解了大学办学特色的基本特征,才能帮助我们更好地总结和凝练大学办学特色,以此促进大学发展,提升大学的核心竞争力。
