摘要
用1年多的时间对某民办高校两届新生就个人发展前景的设计和对于学院的期望进行了调查。首次提出了集中度和满意度的概念和计算方法,调查结果显示:学生对自己教育投资的期望大体是稳定的;对获得真才实学和今后的出路都一样关心;对有含金量的文凭特别关心;但学生对于所学专业了解不够。在以后的教学管理过程中应加强专业教育。
It took more than 12 months to investigate the entrants at a certain non -governmental university in two consecutive academic years, especially about the entrants' design of private development and their expectations for universities. In this paper, the two concepts of the centrality degree and the satisfaction degree are presented. The investigation shows, the entrants' expectations for their educational investment are stable; they care about what they will learn in universities and what they will do after graduation; they are anxious to know the actual value of the diplomas they will get. But the entrants have a poor understanding of the majors they will study. Therefore, in the course of teaching and management, it is very necessary for universities to make students understand the importance of the ma- jors they study.
