摘要
以1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂,以三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为交联剂,得到湿固化的单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂。研究了总NCO/OH摩尔比、BDO、TMP的量和固化时间对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明,当总NCO/OH摩尔比为1.4,BDO的量为14%、TMP的量为4%,固化时间为10h,该胶粘剂对APET包装膜粘结性能好。
Moisture-hardening polyurethane for packaging adhesive was synthesized by using 1,4 - butanediol( BDO ) as chain extender, the trimethylolpropane(TMP) as cross linker. Effects of the total mole ratio of NCO/OH, the amount of BDO, TMP, and curing time on the properties of the adhesive were studied. The experimental results showed that the adhesive has good adhesive power for APET packaging films when the total mole ratio of NCO/OH is 1.4, the amount of BDO is 14%, the TMP is 4% , the curing time is 10h.
