摘要
比较和分析了国内外有关弯管的标准,对工程设计设置弯管时合理确定弯制前直管道壁厚、选择焊接位置等进行了详细阐述,重点对目前国内弯管标准中未涉及的弯曲半径R=1.5D(管径)的弯管进行了感应弯制和弯后热处理试验和评定,得出弯管可以替代长弯头(R=1.5D)的结论,并成功运用到工程实际中。
The codes concerning pipebending at home and abroad have been compared and analysed, reasonable determination of the wall thickness for straight pipeline before bending and selection of welding position etc. being expounded in detail, and test assessment of inductive bending and heat treatment after bending with radius of 1.5D, which hadn’t been involved in pipebending codes at home in present, being emphasized, obtaining a conclusion in which the 1.5D long elbows can be replaced by bends with bending radius of 1.5 D, and having been successfully used in engineering practice.
