摘要
介绍一种用于测量锅炉送粉管内煤粉浓度的电容传感器.由于实现了非接触测量,故对流动无影响;而且测量值与整个管道流通截面上的煤粉总量成正比,提高了测量准确性.实验室测试表明,该传感器能基本满足实际测量的要求.
A capacitance transducer used to measure the concentration of coal powder inthe transport pipe of boiler is introduced in this paper. The capacitance transducer hasfollowing advantages: One is that the capacitor plates of transducer are mounted on theoutside of the pipe, and the work is no influence on the gas-solid biphase flows; and theother is that the reading is proportional to the total quantity of coal powder throughoutthe whole cross section of pipe and the accurancy of measurement is high. The experi-mental tests carried out in the laboratory show that the capacitance transiducer can meetthe needs of the practical measurement.
