摘要
针对石英晶体谐振器(QCR)的声负载敏感性,对现有几种主要理论分析模型进行了综合评介.结合声负载敏感型石英谐振式化学量传感器的特点,对各理论计算公式的适用性以及传感器研制中的几个主要方面,如QCR谐振参数的选择及表面吸附性膜层的制备,进行了详细探讨.
Several analytical modes, applied for the acoustic load sensitivity of quartzcrystal resonator (QCR), are inverstigated. Linked with the characteristic of quartz re-sonant chemical sensors, applicability of the deduced formulae are analysed. Some mainaspects, to which more attention should be paid within sensor developing, such as selec-tion of resonant features for QCR, preparation of surface sorption film, are studied indetail.
