多时段血糖控制对糖尿病冠心病影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨多时段血糖控制对糖尿病病人冠心病治疗的作用。方法2型糖尿病病人111例,其中76例(多时段组)进行每月多时段血糖监测及根据结果进行降糖药物调整使血糖稳定,观察2年。对照组35例根据空腹及早餐后血糖监测调整降糖药物。定期检查血糖、血压及HbA1c,ECG和Holter,并定期随访病人,记录病人心绞痛的自觉症状等。结果多时段血糖控制组心绞痛症状及缺血的改善和心肌梗死的改善率均高于对照组(P<0·05),而心绞痛及心肌梗死的危险性低于对照组(P<0·05)。结论多时段血糖控制可以改善糖尿病病人冠心病的症状,并延缓冠心病的发生。 Objective To study the onset and development of the coronary disease in the diabetic patients tested blood glucose more than six times in one day.Method 76 type 2 diabetes(as experimental group) had more than 6 points of blood glucose tested and controled in one day monthly,35 cases as control group with 2 points of blood glucose tested and controled in one day morning monthly. AU patients were observed for 2 years,and regularly record blood glucose,blood pressure and HbAlc,ECG,Holter,and the symptom of the angina pectoris regulary ect. Result The improvement rate of the angina pectoric and myocardial infarct in the control group was highter than in the contrast group, and the incidence rate of the angina pectoric and myocardial infarct in the control group was lower than in the contrast group. Conclusion The more than 6 points blood glucose test and control will delay the onset and development of the coronary disease and improve the symptom of the coronary disease in type 2 diabetes.
