摘要
本文提出了基于包加密和防火墙技术在互联网上建立一个网络协议安全系统的新方法，并提出了开放安全结构和安全内部网的概念。
By means of packet encryption and firewall, this paper presents a new way to build up security network protocol system on the Internet,and recommends open security architecture and security intranet.
