除草剂胺苯磺隆在土壤中的吸附 被引量:12

摘要 应用批量平衡法研究了除草剂胺苯磺隆在6种土壤中的吸附以及pH对胺苯磺隆在土壤上吸附的影响,探讨了土壤理化性质对胺苯磺隆吸附量的影响。结果表明,土壤类型不同,胺苯磺隆的吸附量也不同,其大小顺序为红壤>潜山水稻土>宣城水稻土>黄褐土>黄潮土>砂姜黑土;胺苯磺隆在土壤中的吸附能很好地满足Freundlich方程,其吸附常数Kf与土壤有机质和粘粒含量呈正相关,与pH值呈负相关;胺苯磺隆在土壤中的吸附自由能为12.12 ̄14.02 kJ.mol-1,属物理吸附。土壤对农药的吸附是农药环境安全性评价的重要内容之一,该研究可作为评价该除草剂能否造成对环境和地下水污染的一个重要依据。 Adsorption of herbicide ethametsulfuron-methyl in six different soils and the effect of pH on the adsorption of ethametsulfuronmethyl in soils were studied using batch equilibration technique. The results showed that the amount of ethametsulfuron-methyl adsorbed by soils varied with types of soils, and followed the order: red soil 〉 yellow Cinnamon soil〉 paddy soil of Qianshan 〉paddy soil of Xuancheng 〉 soil of Henan〉 black soil, with the adsorption constant Kf 5.4553, 4.7353, 4.0579, 3.1331, 2.1149 and 1.7081, respectively. The adsorption of ethametsulfuron-methyl in soils fitted well with the Freundlich equation and the adsorption constant Kf decreased with pH increasing and increased with increasing of contents of OM (organic matter) and clay in soils. The amount of ethametsulfuron-methyl adsorbed on soils was negatively correlated with pH values of soils, especially in red soil. Free energy for adsorption in soils ranged from 12.12 k J· mol^-1 to 14.02k J· mol^-1, suggesting that the adsorption of ethametsulfuron-methyl in soils belonged to physical reaction.
