摘要
本文从我国钢铁企业原料采购管理存在的问题入手,结合供应链管理环境下采购模式的优势和特点,用战略一体化供应链管理的思想方法,对我国钢铁企业的原料采购进行分析并提出若干对策。
Aimed at the existing problem of raw material purchase of domestic Iron ＆ Steel enterprises, combined with the advantages and characteristics of purchasing pattern under the environment of supply chain management, raw material purchase of domestic Iron ＆ Steel enterprise was analyzed and some countermeasures were put forward by using the idea of strategic integrated supply chain management.
