摘要
目的通过参加美国病理家学会(CAP)的能力比对检验(PT),评价临床血液检验的水平,根据回报结果的分析,改进临床血液检验的质量。方法将收到的CAP血细胞计数和形态辨认样本按照常规标本进行分析,在10个工作日内通过互联网报告结果给CAP,并及时对回报结果进行分析。结果全血细胞分析12项3次中,有一次一个样本两项未合格,血细胞形态每次5个细胞参加评审,共3次中有一个细胞报告错误。结论通过参加CAP能力比对检验,可对临床血液检验有了更好的监测和评价,进而提高实验室的整体水平。
Objective To evaluate performance in hematology testing by participating College of American Pathologists （CAP） Proficiency Testing and ensure the accuracy of the results. Methods Analysed the specimens routinely which were provided by CAP,then returned the results online to the CAP for evaluation. Results CAP evaluation ：Except two units of one specimen＇s result were unacceptable, all the results were good. Blood cell identification ：one specimen＇s result was unacceptable of three times one year. Conclusion Evaluated performance in hematology testing by PT to improve the accuracy and reliability of laboratory testing.
