摘要
以夏玉米为材料，系统研究了雌穗和籽粒发育过程中内源激素的动态变化，分析了器官间、激素间、器官与内源激素间的相互关系。结果表明，夏玉米与春玉米一样，雌穗上穗轴、小穗及籽粒生长发育与内源激素系统存在着一定的相关关系，其生长发育过程不仅受单一激素的调控，而且受激素间平衡和协同作用的调控，激素间的协同调控作用远远大于单一激素的调控作用。
This experiment studies the kinetics of endogenous hormones in the summer corn kernel and ear, analyses the relationship between the organs , hormones and the relationship between the endogenous hormones and the organs. The result shows that the system of endogenous hormones of summer corn have some certain correlation with the development of the ear, the corncob and the kernel , jast as the spring corn have. The studies also shows that the development of the ear, the corncob and the kernel is controled by the complex hormones system, not only by a single hormone. The effects of this complex hormones system are far bigger than that of a single hormone .
