摘要
采用喷雾法和点滴法测定不同龄期、不同体重的棉铃虫幼虫抗药性。结果表明，２种方法均适合于棉铃虫的抗药性测定，其中点滴法较准确、易操作，其最佳测定龄期为３龄，体重范围８～１１ｍｇ。
The results of bioassay in which different instar of cotton bollworm (Heliothis armigera) were determined with decamethrin by spraying or topical application showed that both of the methods are suitable for determining insecticidal resistance of cotton bollworm. But topical application is more accurate and convenient, for which third instar larva (8￣11 mg in body weight) is the most suitable . Several notices in determining insecticidal resistance was also discussed in this paper.
